Commercial Interior Remodeling

After gaining a large enough pool of employees and enough willingness and knowledge, we broke into the commercial remodeling market after a decade of residential remodeling.

We specialize in apartment burned/water damage make-ready, or large-scale apartment interior remodeling. However, we have also converted several different types of businesses into office buildings, or the other way around.

This was one of our largest commercial office remodels. Originally, this area is just another wall covered by the cheap, gray, plastic siding you see on the upper half of the building.

Not only were we directed to convert the interior of this originally residential building into a commercial office, we were asked to add replace the entire front wall and a side wall. This new wall, made out of nice brick with 2 large windows, would serve as the new entryway to the office.

The interior walls had to be re-done, new glass partitions set up, and everywhere needed to be painted.

A new pillar was added, among many many other things, to keep the new additions to the interior up with safety codes and building violations.

New wiring had to be added since this building used to be a massage parlour. With an office building, many more electrical outlets were requested.

A new kitchen area was added, complete with plumbing, for a lunch/break space for the office.
